With this unique concept, NBI now offers to the Southern California office market what much of the rest of the world already knows: there is no reason to have to trash existing walls for a new tenant–  just ‘re-purpose’ the existing walls!  Using our state-of-the-art, demountable walls, we can build-out an office space once, then subsequently ‘re-purpose’ that space for future tenants in perpetuity.  And the best part of all is, the entire space can be built-out with the walls, glass store-front, carpet, cabling and furniture within the Tenant Improvement allowance offered by the landlord—reducing the overall construction and furnishing budget by 30-40%!
