ALUR Glass Walls
ALUR Walls are spearheading innovative designs, and are known more recently for the “Best of NeoCon” 2010 award.
Overview
This technology, combined with aesthetic beauty, forms a sleek and modern glass wall system with a clean line design. The ALUR Glass Wall system contains tempered glass of ½” thickness, with low-profile top and bottom guidance, in which mechanisms for the door are completely integrated.
Single Glazed System
The ALUR systems are extremely durable, consisting of highly rigid quality and best-in-class sound dampening ability. The glass edges are specifically designed to streamline with the “dry joint” in a beveled manner.
Joint Design
Top quality performance is created through the unique tongue and groove dry joint. This allows for a perfect, sound- tight connection between two sheets of glass. It also demonstrates the remarkable ability to self-correct in larger pieces, which is unlike many other glass products that lose their straightness due to temperature changes etc.
The dry joint is made with a 93% clear Polycarbonate resin, which is resistant to fading, shrinking, etc., due to sun / UV rays.
Minimal Framing
The unobtrusive glass support also has the advantage of creating a quiet, aesthetically
pleasing atmosphere, radiating elegance, yet delicate and robust in design.
The aluminum frame is bead- blasted, adding to the modern feel. Other benefits are the scratch and fingerprint resistant quality.
AS Dividing Wall
The 4-7/8” thick ALUR Dividing Wall is a great addition to the ALUR Glass Walls and floor-to-ceiling MAISPACE panels. Easy to clean and cost effective, these ALUR Diving Walls come in a variety of three solid colors and three natural finishes, showing wood grain. The walls are wear-resistant and provide an STC of 42-60.
Floor Raceway System
This avant-garde concept design of the MAI floor raceway system
makes it possible to lay data, voice and power lines between the subfloor and final finishes (carpeting-like), in a cost effective way, rather than raising the floors.
Sound Shield
In an open space with movable workstations and walls, the MAI sound concealing system is a valuable tool, allowing for necessary flexibility! The cost- saving system is installed above the ceiling plenum to shield background noise.
Zone Cabling
This patented MAI zone cabling system completes the MAI design, allowing a variety of configurations through a plug-and-play solution.
When a different floor plan is needed, this effective and simple solution saves you from a large expenditure using conventional wiring.
